Information All our online transactions are processed using a Secure Server. Our shopping cart uses SSL software, the industry
standard.
Sales Tax
5.6% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses.
Sales tax will not be charged to orders shipped outside Wisconsin.
Payment Methods
Credit Card payment is required for all online orders.
We accept VISA – MASTERCARD – AMERICAN EXPRESS – DISCOVER CARD.
If you wish to pay with a
MONEY ORDER please contact us
to place your order over the phone. Once the money order arrives, we will begin processing your order.
We DO NOT accept any C.O.D. orders
or CHECKS.
All orders are charged in U.S. Dollars.
Payment for all Canadian orders must be made with a Credit Card payable in U.S. Dollars.
Secure Online Credit Card Information
Credit card
information is required for all online orders. Your information is taken and
stored on our secure server. All credit card orders are invoiced offline and
processed offline for your protection.
Credit Cards are charged prior to your order being
processed and shipped. This is done for our protection since we
cannot sell an item once it has been engraved or personalized with your specific information.
How To Place An Order Online
When you find an item you
wish to purchase, just click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button and the item will be placed in your shopping cart. You will be taken to your shopping cart where you can continue shopping or
proceed to check out. You can place an unlimited number of items in your shopping cart.
While you are at your shopping cart page you can change the quantity of a particular item you wish to
purchase. You can also delete an item from your shopping cart completely.
Viewing your shopping cart does
not commit you to purchasing any items.
When you are ready to check out, click the "Shopping Cart / Checkout"
link found at the top of every page and/or the "Proceed to Checkout"
button on your shopping cart page. You will
be taken to the shopping cart check out information page.
Please fill in the required information requested on the
check out page. Please check over and confirm your
information. Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. When we receive your order,
your credit card will be charged and we will begin to process your order. When
your order has been completed, it will be shipped and a shipping confirmation
email will be sent.
