What if I need an item before the time required to engrave and ship it?

In most cases we can accommodate you. We do rushed engraving and shipping. I recommend you contact us via email or phone to find out for sure if we can engrave it and ship it to you in time.

Is engraving included in the cost of each item?

Yes. Engraving is included in the price listed for each item.

Can I order an item without having it engraved?

All items can be ordered without being engraved, unless otherwise noted.

What is the difference between initials and a monogram?

Initials are three letters in a row - first, middle and last name.
Monograms are three letters in a row - first, last and middle name. In most cases, the monogram features a larger center letter representing the last name.

Do spaces count as characters?

Spaces do not count as characters, unless otherwise noted.

Can I have the engraved text be something other than what is asked for?

Most of the time you can have the item engraved with any text you like. If there are any restrictions to length and text it will be clearly noted.

Do you have different fonts for engraving?

Most of our products come with font style shown. If there is a choice of font styles, you will be asked to choose from the styles listed.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are determined by order total.
Rates for the 48 Continental U.S. States:
00.00 - 19.99: $4.95
20.00 - 49.99: $6.95
50.00 - 99.99: $8.95
100.00 - Over: FREE

How long does it take to engrave?

Engraving time can vary from 3 to 10 days depending the particular item. If you need something in a hurry, please contact us to make sure you can get it in time.

Do you accept debit cards?

Yes. As long as the debit card has the VISA or MasterCard Logo, we can accept it.

How do I view a summary of my shopping cart?

At the top of each page is "shopping cart/checkout".  Just click it.

How do I change the quantity ordered on the shopping cart?

In the quantity field on the shopping cart, enter the number desired and hit the update button.

How do I delete an item from the shopping cart?

In the quantity field on the shopping cart, enter "0" and hit the update button.

Can I place an order without using a credit card?

Yes, we also accept money orders as payment.
Please Note: We must receive the money order before we begin processing your order.

How do I place an order paying with a money order or check?

First, we do not accept checks. While placing an order, when asked for Credit Card Info, leave it blank. On the NOTES line, please state you want to pay with a money order. You will be contacted via email with the payment information.

Do you have a catalog of your products?

No. We do not have a catalog.

Do you send samples of your products?

No. We do not send samples of our products.

Can I return an engraved/personalized item?

No. Once an item is engraved/personalized we cannot resell it, therefore, we cannot accept a return on it.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the entire continental United States, all of Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
